Specifications include, but are not limited to: 10.2. Inspection of Existing HVAC equipment Condition 10.2.1. The Contractor shall perform a site assessment for all commercial HVAC equipment for seven (7) buildings, immediately following award of this Contract. 10.2.2. The Contractor shall be responsible for examining all facilities in which the work will take place and shall be familiar with the conditions under which the work will be accomplished. 10.2.3. The Contractor shall inventory the type and brand of all commercial HVAC equipment that is on-site. 10.3. Preventive Maintenance 10.3.1. Preventative Maintenance (PM) Schedule. The PM schedule will be determined by the RGSC Maintenance Department, in accordance with manufacturer’s service manual. The Contractor may not deviate from the PM Schedule without prior authorization from RGSC. 10.3.2. Preventive Maintenance Work. PM work shall be conducted in accordance with the manufacturer’s service manual.
