Specifications include, but are not limited to: Detailed description of work to be performed: A. Contractor shall provide snow removal equipment rental services, rented front end loader will be delivered with snow chains installed on all four (4) tires and the cost will be included in the monthly rental fee. B. Contractor shall provide rented equipment during the anticipated snow season starting October 1st through April 30th. CHP will only pay for the months the equipment is on site at the Dunsmuir Grade CVEF. C. The rental period shall begin when the requested equipment is delivered by the Contractor to the CHP Dunsmuir Grade CVEF upon CHP Dunsmuir Grade requesting the delivery. The rental period shall terminate when the equipment is removed by the Contractor or two (2) calendar days after written notification is sent to the Contractor by the CHP Dunsmuir Grade CVEF representative/designee.
