Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor-Furnished Services and Goods NDCA is soliciting proposals from qualified offerors who provide strategic planning services. The successful offeror will provide the services essential to revising the strategic plan including, but not limited to, the following deliverables: Conduct a meeting to include board members and staff of NDCA to gather information, insight, and recommendations related to the plan. Conduct focus groups and/or surveys with constituents of NDCA to gather information, insight, and recommendations related to the plan. Craft SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-referenced) goals as part of the strategic plan and create agency-wide performance measures. Write and/or revise the NDCA strategic plan (the current plan document may be viewed on the Council’s website at: http://www.nd.gov/arts/aboutus/aboutus.html) Provide a time table for estimated completion of the above deliverables. Furnish monthly progress reports to the NDCA Executive Director.
