Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor must be licensed to do electrical work within the City of Grand Forks under a Master contracting license. Copy of license must be furnished to City prior to executation of the contract. All traffic signal and associated lighting installation must be performed or supervised by a Level I Traffic Signal Field Technician certificate from ISMA. Contractor shall have until 9/1/16 to secure certificate. 2. Contractor will insure that all repairs, maintenance, response and work activities completed will be in compliance with all local, state & federal requirements, codes and laws. 3. Contractor will be responsible for notifying the One Call Center to get underground utility locates.
