The system must be capable of determining, in accordance with standards set forth in applicable state or federal rules, the amount of effort that DDOE and Delaware Local Education Agencies (LEAs) employees spend on various activities related to the determination of cases for certain federally reimbursable benefit programs such as Medicaid; and to complete annual cost reporting and cost reconciliation from State Fiscal Year 2017 through State Fiscal Year 2020 as required by the Medicaid State Plan for Delaware.
