All responses must be received in paper format at the Alief ISD Purchasing Department at 12102 High Star, Houston, TX 77072 by the deadline, December 8, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at which time the names of vendors submitting proposals will be available. Your presence is not required. Faxed, Emailed or late proposals will not be accepted. We anticipate awarding this proposal on January 19, 2016. Be advised that, as a Request for Proposal (RFP), this contract may be negotiated. However, pricing should be submitted as the vendor’s best and final offer.
