Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be required to perform the following: 2.1.1 Removal of Existing HVAC System OAHU-R.01 with VFD, condensate piping, chill water supply and return piping, wiring and associated controls. 2.1.2 Remove Fan Coil Units FCU-P.01, FCU-P02, and FCU-P.03 condensate piping, chill water supply and return piping, wiring and associated controls. 2.1.3 Chill water as required, both supply and return will be removed to isolation valves. 2.1.4 Steam pipe piping to be removed and capped at the 4th floor mechanical room. 2.1.5 Remove the duct riser for OAHU –R-01 the contractor shall remove the drywall at the shaft wall on the 5th floor as required and reinstall the duct. 2.1.6 Patch and repair the shaft wall as required. 2.1.7 Remove existing unit heater and associated controls. Note: Conduit and circuits and DDC control panel will be reused as per the contract documents. 2.1.1 Installation of New HVAC System: Install OAHU-R.01 along with all associated piping, wiring, and controls to ensure a complete system. 2.1.2 Re-flash the roof curb as required. 2.1.3 Install Fan Coil Units per the contract documents. All associated piping, wiring, and controls to ensure a complete system. 2.1.4 Install unit heaters per the contract documents associated wiring controls to ensure a complete systems.
