Specifications include, but are not limited to: The existing systems have exceeded their useful life expectancy and have required above standard maintenance to be performed causing the need for replacement. The project is located at HCC’s Coleman College of Health Sciences, located at 1900 Pressler Street, Houston, TX, 77030. The Contractor shall be required to perform the following: 2.1.1 Removal of Existing HVAC System OAHU-R.01 with VFD, condensate piping, chill water supply and return piping, wiring and associated controls. 2.1.2 Remove Fan Coil Units FCU-P.01, FCU-P02, and FCU-P.03 condensate piping, chill water supply and return piping, wiring and associated controls. 2.1.3 Chill water as required, both supply and return will be removed to isolation valves.
