Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide mechanical, electrical, special systems, and plumbing consulting engineering services, produce design documents suitable for construction and permitting, and provide basic construction phase engineering services • Provide mechanical evaluations to existing HVAC systems to determine available capacity for new systems and/or additions which may include demolition work requirements; perform HVAC load calculations as required to meet space temperature and ventilation requirements; design and/or specify HVAC systems including equipment, ductwork, and diffusers plans • Provide electrical evaluations to existing and/or proposed site for electrical loads to determine the available capacity for the renovated space; design electrical power distribution and/or lighting systems
