Specifications include, but are not limited to:NDUS is soliciting proposals for the purchasing and implementation services of an Identity Access Management solution to be implemented across its campuses and users. This solution will be used by CTS to efficiently manage the processes of: provisioning and de-provisioning user accounts, account claims process for new users, reporting of user management activities, and user account auditing. This includes user accounts of students, teachers, staff, temp/guests and other profiles within the NDUS system. 3.1.APPLICABLE DIRECTIVES This information technology project is subject to the following directives: •N.D.C.C. § 15-10-44 related to State Board of Higher Education’s duties and reports on higher education information technology •SBHE Policy 1901.3 related to Information Technology Project Management •NDUS Procedure 1901.3 related to Information Technology Approval Process •N.D.C.C. §§ 54-35-15 related reporting to and review by the Legislative Council Information Technology Committee.
