Specifications include, but are not limited to:Human Trafficking Task Force Director must have: ·Familiarity with and ability to work with 20 domestic violence/sexual assault programs and state coalition; runaway/homeless youth programs, child welfare agencies, local, state and federal law ·Experience working with human trafficking policies, including law enforcement best practices, and direct service provision best practice ·Be able to travel often across the state, and must be able to establish and foster cross-disciplinary cooperation and local coalition building ·Be an experienced public speaker/presenter, comfortable with addressing a variety of audiences from students to medical professionals An advance degree (JD, MPP, MSW, M.Ed.) is preferred for this position. The individual must also be deemed appropriate for the position by CAWS North Dakota, the state domestic violence/sexual assault coalition which has been awarded joint funding for this project
