Specifications include, but are not limited to:Agency Specifics: 1. Lease space must be located within the city limits of Houston, Texas inside of zip codes 77024, 77043, 77041, or 77079. 2. A minimum of one (1) wall of the Tele/Data area to be covered with rigidly fixed 3/4 in. A-C plywood, preferably void free, 4 ft. high, 4 ft. wide, capable of supporting attached equipment, painted to match existing wall finish or telephone gray, either the plywood has to be fire retardant or the boards must be painted with a fire retardant. Location to be approved by Occupying Agency. 3. The Telephone/Data Closet shall be air conditioned and ventilated with a supply register and return grill. The door must have a louver (12 inches high and 18 inches wide) installed in the door. The HVAC in the Telephone/Data Closet must not be included in an energy management system, so that the room stays cool 24 hours, 7 days a week. 4. Two (2) dedicated duplex 120 volt / 20 amp electrical outlets with isolated building grounds to be installed in the Tele/Data area. The outlets must be installed per the approved floorplan.
