Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Dakota National Guard (hereinafter referred to as “State” or “Owner”) performed tests in its various locations throughout North Dakota to determine the level of lead contamination, if any, in its facilities with indoor firing ranges. Lead contamination of varying levels was detected in some locations and areas.
