Specifications include, but are not limited to: The remodel will need to include: Renovation of existing restrooms to be converted to ADA compliant and climate controlled men’s (2 commodes, 3 urinals) and women’s restrooms (1 commode); ADA access to building from side parking lot; Climate control in all remodeled areas, renovated restrooms and existing kitchen (some limited HVAC exists in other areas); Install one ADA compliant payment/processing window for Development Services Clerk in foyer; Install five offices ranging in size from approximately 13x13 to 16x20, 12’ to the top deck for storage with hand rails on rear and on stairs and around stairs; Install one conference/meeting room approximately 14x20; Remove existing door and frames and replace with a frame only between two hallways that are being connected; Install new office doors and replace existing office doors with 15 glass panel 36” door with new frames, to include lock and key paddle handle hardware; Install two 1-hour rated metal doors at end of each new hallway; Install 8’ drop ceiling with 2’x4’ ceiling tiles in all new offices, hallways, existing kitchen and renovated restrooms; Replace existing water fountain with an ADA compliant electric, bi-level water fountain; Install new lighting throughout new offices and hallways, to include dual light switches with ½ on ½ off capabilities; Relocate existing gas heaters to warehouse areas;
