Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Contractor shall provide one (1) American Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant portable toilet, and one (1) regular portable toilet.B.Contractor shall check-in/outwith the Facility Supervisor upon each service call to provide verification that service has been provided.C.Contractor shall provide the portable toilet, all necessary chemicals, paper products and servicing to ensure they are clean and serviceable.D.Servicing shall be performed two(2) times per week. Contractor shall provide date stickers at each cleaning.E.Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to protect service locations. Any damage caused by Contractor to state equipment, materials, or other priority shall be repaired or by Contractor to the satisfaction of the state at no cost to the state. The State may, at its option, repair any damage and deduct from the Contractor the cost thereof.F.Contractor shall remove and dispose of all debris created during performance of services.G.State shall not be liable for any damage incurred to the toilets while placed on State property. If any intentional or unintentional damage should occur to the toilets, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to replace or repair the toilet at no cost to the state.H.A service request requires a response by Contractor within twenty-four (24) hours to the appropriate location.I.If Contractor shall be temporarily unable to provide services, the State, during the period of Contractor’s inability to provide services, reserves the right to accomplish the work by other means and shall be reimbursed by Contractor for any costs above the agreement rate.J.All equipment provided to the California Highway Patrol must meet current ADA codes and regulations.
