Specifications include, but are not limited to:Provide consulting services for design, contract documents preparation, bidding and contract administration for the Veterans Memorial Public Library HVAC Renovation Project. Proposed system renovation includes upgrades to Air Handling Units, Space Control, Cooling System and Humidifiers. This project is projected for bidding and completion in 2017. This Engineer will also provide consulting advice as needed for thermal protection issues on a Roof Repair project also at the Library. No other services are expected for that project beyond consulting. This project is projected for design and construction in 2016. The Architect for that project will be contracted separately
