Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposals are being sought from licensed Class D Soil Scientists/Site Evaluators to perform the site evaluations required by the SRF’s Septic Rehabilitation Program beginning January 1, 2016 throughout all 3 counties in Delaware. The site evaluations will be for systems with a projected daily flow of less than 2500 gallons per day. Candidates must give specific pricing for each county and site evaluation type. (i.e. site for single family dwelling in NCC, Kent & Sussex Counties / 2400 gpd commercial system in all 3 counties etc….) Their pricing should be broken down by county and type, if applicable. The candidates must be able to send and receive correspondence via email and meet a time commitment of 20 business days (barring unforeseen circumstances) from project assignment, by the SRF, to completed evaluation submission to respective DNREC Office. Interviews may be performed as part of the selection process. A minimum of 2 service providers will be chosen.
