Specifications include, but are not limited to:Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking a consultant to provide project development and design services for transportation congestion at the I-95 and SR 896 interchange. The level of improvements and schedule for project delivery will be determined as the project is developed. All work is within the I-95 corridor and the SR 896 Interested firms should have knowledge of highway and interstate or expressways design, all state and Federal NEPA and should be able to evaluate the potential transportation impacts during construction phasing and scheduling of the project. Firms should be prepared to determine the best way to build the project quickly and efficiently while minimizing impacts to both interstate and intrastate travelers.
