Specifications include, but are not limited to:A) The following specifications are to be considered minimum requirements and will govern except that all Federal, State and or Local Codes and Ordinances will govern when their requirements are in excess hereof. All applicable portions of Division 1 – Contract Requirements, are to be considered as included with this Division. B) All work will be executed in accordance with the IRC2006, IPC2006, IFGC2006 and Local Codes, and the EPA regulations pertaining. All fees in connection with the work including but not limited to permit fees, utility charges, tap fees and related labor expenses to these items, will be paid by the mechanical Contractor. C) Should any changes in the specifications or the scope of work be required in order to comply with local or state requirements, the Contractor will notify the HRP Inspector prior to submitting bid package. After entering into contract, the Contractor will be held to complete all work necessary to meet the local or state codes and requirements without additional cost to the Owner or the City of Dallas.
