Specifications include, but are not limited to:Part II. General 1)Description a)Base Bid: Video Surveillance Equipment i)All equipment and materials used shall be standard components that are regularly manufactured and used in the manufacturer’s system. ii)All systems and components shall have been thoroughly tested and proven in actual use. iii)All systems and components shall be provided with an explicit manufacturer warranty. iv)All licenses will be supplied and all cameras shall be compatible with the storage system. v)All cameras will have Wide Dynamic Range. vi)All cameras shall record 24 hours a day. vii)All outdoor cameras will be IP based. Provide power supply as needed. viii)Outdoor cameras shall provide full coverage of outdoor property to include at least all parking lots and entrances. Cameras and storage system shall be capable of producing an image in which a license plate’s number and state/province/territory of issue can be clearly identified from a minimum of 200’. Lot 11 may fall outside of range that allows for image reproduction. ix)All outdoor cameras shall withstand temperatures ranging -40F to 120F. x) All outdoor cameras will have an IP66 rating, and will be properly supported to prevent sway in typical windy conditions – defined as up to 50 mph. Use of Parapet mounts shall not be approved unless properly supported and passes inspection upon completion. Extra support may be needed. xi) All interior cameras will be IP based, Power over Ethernet. xii) Interior cameras shall, at minimum, provide the same coverage as provided by the existing system of the following areas including, but not limited to: interior of all points of entry, each ballroom, prefunction hallway, ticket office, cash room, service hallways, concourses, liquor room, elevators, suite level, loading docks, garage and all areas that have current coverage which may not be listed here. xiii) All interior cameras will be mini-dome and shall be surface mount or with a use of a wall/ceiling mount. All cameras must be aesthetically appealing upon completion. xiv) There will be no exposed wires, other than in non-finished areas (i.e. garage, storage rooms, service halls). xv) System shall be viewable on two (2) mobile devices. xvi) Internal storage of the storage system shall be a minimum of 30 days storage at their highest recording rate and quality. xvii) The minimum acceptable recording rate is 15 frames per second. xviii) Multiple storage systems may be needed. These will operated seamlessly with one monitoring system and will be viewable and controllable from multiple stations. (1) Monitor Station located in Room TC-11 shall consist of rack mount keyboard/monitor/mouse and all necessary PC and hardware as needed. (2) Monitor Station located in Room TC-6 shall consist of rack mount keyboard/monitor/mouse and all necessary PC and hardware as needed
