Specifications include, but are not limited to: Purchase Description: The State intends to enter into an agreement for statewide administration of the Consumer and Family Network. Intended Source shall provide strong leadership, logistical, and other supportive services in the ongoing management of the statewide Consumer and Family Network (CFN). Services will include Leadership/Membership Development and Support, Advocacy and Partnership, and Training/Technical Assistance, which are detailed below: Leadership/Membership Development and Support: o Maintain the CFN Council and membership. o Schedule and convene monthly CFN Council meetings. o Hold annual CFN Collaborative meetings. o Maintain and monitor the CFN website. o Develop and implement a social media plan for the CFN website and Facebook sites. o Maintain a “warm line” in North Dakota. o Maintain a CFN Collaborative membership database consisting of: member’s name; telephone number; email address; and mailing address. Advocacy and Partnership: o Guide the CFN’s participation in transformation activities to influence the design, delivery, and evaluation of mental health services (i.e. policy development, program evaluation, quality improvement, social marketing campaigns, recovery month events, legislation, and strategic planning). o Serve as the state’s liaison to national CFN organizations. o Provide CFN updates at the quarterly Mental Health and Substance Abuse Planning Council meetings. Training/Technical Assistance: o Plan and implement the annual CFN conference. o Attend any training and technical assistance required by State.
