Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intention of the Aldine Independent School District to establish an annual contract for a fan/coil cleaning crew with one qualified vendor as outlined in the specifications. This is an all or nothing bid. All equipment required to successfully complete the jobs must be provided by the contractor. The awarded contractor must be an experienced vendor and have personnel to service multiple projects and departments concurrently. These fan/coil cleaning services will be utilized by the Maintenance Department and other departments on an as needed basis. Contractor services includes all facets of HVAC evaporator (A/C) Coils and blower fans cleaning and maintenance. However, in an emergency situation, services required by the Maintenance Department will supersede services requested by all other departments.
