The owner will provide the following services related to the project: • Existing Facilities locations • Historical electricity billing information with consumption. • Existing available equipment information on proposed sites • As-built construction plans • Current and/or Historical performance data necessary for analysis. Following is a brief description of the scope of work: 1. Assessment of ALL City Facilities 1.1.ASHRAE Level II Audit 1.2.Catalog all HVAC Equipment 1.2.1. Tag 1.2.2. Location (Map/Floor Plan) 1.2.3.
