Specifications include, but are not limited to:State is seeking an experienced, qualified, professional vendor to provide social detoxification services for residents of Region IV. The vendor is expected to support a determination of social detoxification services based on the requirements included in this RFP and North Dakota Administrative Code 75-09.1-08 Social Detoxification ASAM Level III.2-D (Attachment D). The scope of work of this RFP includes, but is not limited to, social detoxification services, monitoring, observation, and support; providing client information to agencies as appropriate; client scheduling as needed; census/bed day tracking and staff time tracking; historical client record storage; and meal provision. The vendor is also responsible to collect, tabulate, and report client demographic data, residency location, census data, and refer clients, as appropriate, for follow-up services. The vendor will provide 24-hour structure, care, and support to clients recovering from the withdrawal signs and symptoms of chemical intoxication. Hospital affiliation provides 24-hour medical backup through Altru Health System. There must be a minimum of two staff on duty at all times. The vendor should anticipate the demand for the service to be up to 10 clients per day
