Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 GPS device must be neck lanyard and/or wrist wearable. No pager style devices will be allowed.2 GPS device must be small enough to be able to fit into a pocket if the need arises. 3 Program software shall be internet based, 24 hour sign-in accessible, and provide real-time reporting. 4 GPS tracking system shall enable NDDOT administrative personnel to sign-in and identify the current location of individually identifiable employees. 5 Must be capable of monitoring and displaying the location with date and time of any device wearing employee at any time. 6 Shall have one agency-wide annual license for the service providing statewide coverage. 7 Must have a panic button on the GPS device. 8 Must have audible, display feature, or vibrating feedback when the panic button is pushed. 9 Panic signals must generate an immediate email to multiple email addresses and/or panic signals must generate an immediate text message to multiple phone numbers. 10 GPS device and tracking system/software shall include an adjustable geo-fencing function.
