Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor will provide all labor and supervision necessary to complete periodic cleaning services, for both locations listed above, during off-peak hours, defined as 5:00 pm to 9:00 am. Contractor will perform general cleaning services three times each calendar week (Sun-Sat) on non-consecutive days at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center. Contractor will perform general cleaning services twice each calendar week (Sun-Sat) on non-consecutive days at the Fort Mandan Visitor Center from May 1 to October 31 each calendar year. State will provide all paper products such as paper towels for bathrooms, kitchen roll towels, toilet tissue, disinfectant hand soap and garbage can liners along with other equipment, supplies, and materials necessary for the satisfactory completion of cleaning services contract. Paper towels and kitchen roll towels are for agency use only and shall not be used for contractual cleaning purposes. Contractor will notify the Agency Representative if supplies are low or out. All supplies, materials, and equipment used by Contractor shall be neatly stowed in assigned storage areas. Limited storage space is available for janitorial equipment. The Contractor will be provided sufficient keys and access for their staff to gain admittance to the building. Contractor’s employees are allowed in the building for the expressed purpose of conducting the work required in fulfilling the contract agreement and will not admit non-contract people into the building. Prior to leaving the premises, Contractor will assure that doors and windows in and connected to the buildings are locked and the security system is properly armed. In the event any doors or windows are found unsecured or any environmental, structural, security or equipment abnormalities exist; the Agency Representative or designee shall be notified as soon as possible. If for whatever reason the State determines individuals performing the Services provided by the contractor should no longer be admitted to the facility, the State may require without question that the Contractor immediately replace that employee. Janitorial Services 1) Vacuum all carpeted floors, including spot cleaning and moving furniture as needed. 2) Sweep, dry mop and/or damp mop all hard surface floors. 3) Dust/clean surfaces including exhibits, cabinets, window sills, & etc. 4) Clean floors, countertops, and sink in catering kitchen. 5) Clean all glass, acrylic casework and interior windows. 6) Wipe/clean tables and chairs, including bases and legs. 7) Clean restroom facilities including floors, partitions, stools, urinals, sinks and fixtures. 8) Spot clean walls
