Specifications include, but are not limited to:The services listed below will be performed, at a minimum, with the frequency listed for BCI/IT, 4205 State Street, Bismarck location: 3 times per week oEmpty and wipe all waste receptacles. Take trash to trash bin located outside the building. oPlace clean trashcan liners inside of all waste receptacles. oMain entrance (West) -Clean windows, glass, and surfaces -Wet mop and sanitize floor -Vacuum rugs 2 times per week oVacuum carpet in hallways and rugs oDust/wipe common area furniture (conference room, fax area, printer and copier stands/areas) oSouth, East, and North wing entrances -Clean windows, glass, and surfaces - Wet mop and sanitize floor - Vacuum rugs - Wash stairways and railings Weekly o Vacuum carpet in offices and conference rooms o Wet mop and sanitize kitchen floors o Clean and sanitize kitchen counters/sinks/microwaves Quarterly o Vacuum and/or wipe down furniture o Wipe down chair arms/legs Bi-annual (to be performed approximately once every six months) o Clean windows, inside only o Clean vertical blinds o Vacuum carpet edges and hard to reach areas
