Specifications include, but are not limited to:The intent of this bid is to request pricing, on a per engine hour basis, for the rental of two (2) agricultural tractors. These tractors will be used for general field work consisting of seeding, tillage and various types of mowing. The tractors shall be new or used less than 500 hours and be of the 2015 or 2016 model year. Tractor Number One: 80 PTO HP MFWD. Rental period for this tractor will be six (6) months, starting April 4, 2016 and ending October 4, 2016. Minimum engine hours for this rental period shall be 250 hours. Minimum payment for this tractor shall be the hourly rate bid times the estimated minimum usage of 250 engine hours ($ hourly rate as bid X 250 hours = minimum payment per tractor). Additional hours over 250 shall be invoiced on a per engine hour basis using the hourly rate quoted for excess hours
