Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Artwork: Electronic files, printer ready. Files created in Illustrator. See Attachment A for design. 2. Proofs: Color laser proof of label and laser proof of backer. 3. Finished Size: 3” x 3”. 4. Stock: Permit: Clear static cling material. Backer: White, release board. 5. Ink: Permit: Print 4 color process +flood coat of opaque white- full bleeds. Permit printed so that when permit is applied to windshield, design is readable from outside of vehicle. Also on front side of permit, consecutive number, 1/8” to 1/4” high, in black ink, from 00001 to 20,000, in upper left corner. There can be no missing numbers. Backer: Print black type, one side. 6. Finishing: Trim, shrink wrap in packages of 100. 7. Package: In sturdy, uniformly-sized cartons and label “2016 North Dakota Annual Park Permit” with quantity in each carton.
