Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Lock out/tag out faulty unit. B. Provide removal and replacement of a failed roof top package unit. C. Recover any remaining refrigerant from system. D. Provide copper drain line from new unit to existing point of connection. E. Remove and replace expansion valve, transition fittings, curbing, and piping/ducting. F. Crane install a new 4-ton rooftop belt driven G/E packaged unit at existing location. G. Connect and secure gas line, electrical, and piping/ducting to new unit. H. Weather tight and seal all connections. I. Remove all old equipment from premises and dispose of properly, recycling whenever possible. J. Start-up system and ensure system is operational. K. Patch roof as needed to ensure there aren’t any roof leaks.
