Specifications include, but are not limited to:Clean floors with detergent and germicidal solution. X Clean and wipe dry the mirrors and wash basins. X Polish nickel work. X Disinfect light switches, phones, keyboards, mouse, doors, doorknobs and kick plates. X Clean, damp dust and disinfect examination tables and counter tops, including under head and foot elevated ends. X Damp dust examination lights, light fixtures, cabinet ledges, blinds, and fans. X Refill supplies – towels, tissue, soap, dispensers, etc. X Empty and clean trash receptacles and replace liners. Medical waste contained in orange BioHazard Waste bags will be handled by CommUnityCare employees. X Clean and disinfect HVAC registers with a disinfectant/fungicide. X Office/Desk and Common Areas: All flat or horizontal surfaces to be damp dusted. Paperwork is not to be disturbed. Desks will not be dusted unless requested for and cleared by user. X All entrance/exit area (including fire exits) should be visibly clean with no blood or body substances, dust, dirt, debris or spillages. X The complete stair environment (including treads and banisters) should be visibly clean with no blood or body substances, dust, dirt, debris or spillages. X The complete external areas and fixtures should be visible clean with no blood or body substances, dust, dirt, debris or spillages. X Empty and clean trash receptacles. Contractor is to use disposable clear plastic liners. Current liner sizes are 23” x 24”, 30” x 36”, and 44” x 47”. X Remove all waste from building and place in CommUnityCare approved containers for disposal. X All floors must be cleaned and damp mopped. X Damp dust all woodwork including baseboards, chair rungs and ledges. X All area rugs and/or carpeted floors vacuumed and spot cleaned to remove all stains and debris.
