Required to have a browser-based payment processing application that will allow the user(s) to use desktop or laptop as the point of sale terminal. Terminals will be connected directly to PC. Must have reporting available to NDDOT with transaction details and summaries _____ _____ _____________________ 5. Online point of sale terminals must be customer facing and the customer must remain in control of their card _____ _____ _____________________ 6. Must provide support within business hours of NDDOT. Business hours for NDDOT range Monday through Friday 7:00am CST to 8:00pm CST and Saturdays from 7:00am CST to 12:00pm CST _____ _____ _____________________ 7. Must provide 70 terminals to be used across the State in 10 different locations with possible future expansion _____ _____ _____________________ 8. The solution provided will need to be secured and protect from both inadvertent overwriting and malicious tampering _____ _____ _____________________ 9. Must have the ability for batches to auto settle every night _____ _____ _____________________ 10. Must have the ability to have multiple terminals per merchant account.
