Specifications include, but are not limited to:Services Accepting online and offline applications for single year and multiple year dog licenses, kennel licenses, and pet retail licenses Processing applications for dog licenses including the collection and validation of information, mailing licenses to citizens, and tracking license expiration dates Provide professional and timely customer service to clients seeking to license their pet, kennel, or retail facility Promote dog licensing to residents of the State of Delaware Use a variety of methods to remind pet owners to renew their dog licenses and follow up with pet owners who fail to renew Provide detailed monthly reports to the contracting agency on the number and type of licenses sold, locations in which licenses sold, and other relevant information as requested by the contracting agency Submit collected licensing fees to the State of Delaware and provide monthly reports on revenue collected and submitted Provide a mechanism for partners to sell and process dog licenses. Partners may include veterinary clinics, animal shelters, and pet stores. Provide all supplies for dog licensing to State of Delaware and partner agencies.
