Specifications include, but are not limited to:DelDOT is asking for information that can support advancing CVISN capabilities into a solution that is interactive, computer-based, and multi-sided combining data and information from prior systems developed and/or operated by DelDOT, cooperating agencies and private sector. To the extent possible, DelDOT would like a solution with the following capabilities: •Integrated or interoperable systems, with data collection, incident management information and mapping and reporting capabilities •Scenarios, analysis and simulations system and data reconstruction/recovery capabilities • Data correlation and learning capabilities • Secured and customizable features access to users, DelDOT partners or DelDOT key stakeholders, manager, Director(s) and the Secretary of Transportation • COTS solution with modular building capabilities and standard ITS communication capabilities • Solution pointing to systems/sensors data sources either for direct feed or by any other means data can be made available • Data and reports storage • Analysis for drawing historical trends and finding gaps • Mathematical/physical and/or statistical capabilities for planning activities and functional needs • Scenario and simulation analysis base capabilities
