Specifications include, but are not limited to:Successful offeror shall: Hire and train a full time program coordinator. Provide a toll free number for individuals utilizing the substance abuse telephone support service. Provide 24/7 substance abuse telephone support coverage for individuals that need the extra support. Develop a telephone substance abuse recovery support volunteer certification curriculum that must be approved by STATE within the first 30 days of the execution of the contract. Review the Certified Recovery Coach Program and discuss with Vendor if the program will be an appropriate curriculum by December 31st, 2015. Recruit, screen, and train telephone substance abuse recovery support staff/volunteers. Develop a supervision plan for telephone substance abuse recovery support staff/volunteers. Collaborate with referral sources located throughout the state of North Dakota to establish a referral base. Offer an overview of the program to each regional human service center within the specified contract period and identify the human service center on the monthly report. Offer at least one overview of the program to a rural treatment facility on a monthly basis and include the training location in the monthly report. Develop a manual identifying statewide, community-based services and supports. Develop a process to collect, track, and report the following data on a monthly basis: Number of attempted calls Number of successful calls Hours of direct service Number of individuals referred to other services/programs Number of individuals who have maintained sobriety and the length of each person’s sobriety Number of individuals who have not maintained sobriety and any identified reasons Consumer satisfaction Marketing attempts completed
