Specifications include, but are not limited to:Awarded contractor shall furnish alllabor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, asnecessary. Awarded contractor shall be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal, and must haveallapplicable permits, licenses, and insurance coverage.10.2.Typical work shall include trouble shooting, repair. replacing and general maintenance of all HVAC systemsand components.10.3.Contactor must be equipped to provide emergency work within two (2) hours and to commence non-emergency/new work within two days.10.4.Contractor’s service persons shall have tools, equipment and typical supplies necessary to perform requiredwork with them when responding to a service request.10.5.Contractor shall demonstrate at least five (5) years of continuous commercial service/maintenanceexperience and shall have at least two (2) full-time, fully-qualified technicians with 3 years of experience in working with similar systems. and service vehicles. 10.6. When repairing or replacing. the contractor must use the most up-to-date materials being manufactured. No obsolete materials will be permitted. 10.7. Parts that have been replaced shall be new and must be equal to or better than the original equipment. Rebuilt parts may only be used with the approval of Kerrville State Hospital.
