October 30, 2015: printer to provide prepress proofs. On-site Press Proof: Bid price must include the cost of sending one representative of the ND Dept of Commerce to attend an on-site press check. The successful bidder will be required to pay related expenses including travel (airfare, rental car, mileage), meals and lodging in accordance with North Dakota Fiscal and Administrative Policy. The Dept. of Commerce would prefer to have this project on press during the first week of December. Pages: 40 page, self cover. Page Size: 8” x 10 ¾” Paper Stock: 50lb., #4 (or better) gloss text. Printing: Four color process, 4/4, full bleeds. Finishing: Fold, saddle stitch, final trim to 8” x 10 ¾”. Packaging: Pack in uniform size cartons with 32# maximum weight per carton. Label cartons with “2016 ND Hunting & Fishing Guide” and quantity per carton. Palletize cartons.
