Specifications include, but are not limited to:Review submitted commercial and residential entrance plans and subdivision street plans to ensure they are designed and approved in accordance with the Development Coordination Manual. The link to the manual can be found at http://www.deldot.gov/information/business/subdivisions/changes/index.shtml Perform reviews of stormwater and erosion control plans for offsite improvements and extensive frontage improvements for projects statewide and coordinate as needed with DelDOT's stormwater engineer and other regulatory agencies. Perform reviews of subdivision street drainage plans and reports for projects statewide. Perform structural reviews of non-standard, non-bridge structures for projects statewide. Meet with the subdivision engineer and county project managers to discuss review, design and process related issues. Provide technical support in the annual review of the Development Coordination Manual. This includes updating the chapters, diagrams, and providing technical expertise. Provide training to subdivision staff and external site engineers regarding new Development Coordination Manual requirements, plan review techniques, and design issues. Utilize a Geographic Information System (GIS) specifically developed for project tracking and management. Provide in-house consultant help for the processing land-use submissions for all three Counties. Managing subdivision reviewers and provide design guidance. Perform and/or review noise study analysis.
