Specifications include, but are not limited to:The scope of work for this project includes design services to construct a new Sally Port/Intake Facility at JTVCC. The current intake facility is located in the center of the institution causing long wait times for incoming vehicles to offenders to be processed. The new sally port and intake facility will be located on the periphery of the JTVCC (southeastern corner) to create a more secure and efficient intake process. Only design funds for this project are available at this time. Each team will be required to provide specific services including, but not limited to: architectural, civil, site, electrical, structural, mechanical, plumbing or a required combination thereof. Additional services will be defined as required. No other information is available concerning this project. Additionally, since the project is located in a secure facility requiring background checks prior to entry, site visits will not be available until after a selection is made.
