Specifications include, but are not limited to:The scope of work for this project includes the design and construction of a new culinary arts facility in 2,775 SF of existing cafeteria space. The department intends to mirror the success of other states’ correctional culinary arts programs. The budget for this project (all portions including design and construction) is $1.2M. Each team will be required to provide specific services including, but not limited to: architectural, civil, site, electrical, structural, mechanical, plumbing or a required combination thereof. Additional services will be defined as required. No other information is available concerning this project. Additionally, since the project is located in a secure facility requiring background checks prior to entry, site visits will not be available until after a selection is made.
