Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replace (2) HVAC Air Handlers with Like-for-Like Trane HVAC Equipment for Big Spring State Hospital (See Scope of Work below). Remove the (2) 40 ton McQuay Air Handlers and replace with a "Like for Like" HVAC equipment. It is stipulated all existing equipment (ductwork, electrical, drains, water lines and refrigerant lines etc.) will be used in conjunction with the new HVAC equipment. See paragraph A.5 below for specific product information. 2. The Contractor shall be licensed by the State of Texas in the trade's relating to the proposed scope of work. 3. The Contractor shall include all materials, quantities, devices, equipment and labor to provide a working system, complete in all respects integrated into the building and connected to the Facility’s campus where required by project scope. 4. The Contractor represents to the Owner, that the company has 5 or more years of experience in the type of work as described in paragraph one (1) above, and has technicians or workers trained and certified in the proposed work. 5. The Contractor shall be responsible for any repair of damaged surfaces that may be damaged as a result of the installation of this system, equipment or devices. This repair shall match the existing surrounding surfaces and provide a seamless transition.
