Specifications include, but are not limited to:Services to be provided by the applicant must include: 1. Peer support and mentoring 2. Peer operated 24/7 Warm Line response capability 3. Peer assistance in recovery and wellness support resources and referral 4. Peer-run recovery groups 1. Peer Support and Mentoring Contractor must assist individuals in their recovery and provide advocacy in accessing recoverybased services Contractor must encourage and support community integration strategies Contractor must assist individuals in development of personal diversion and crisis plans, to include strategies for: o Reducing psychiatric hospital admission o Reducing incarceration and/or risk of incarceration o Accessing crisis intervention and prevention services/resources 2. Peer-Operated 24/7 Warm Line Contractor must provide capacity for peer support access via a warm line 24 hours per day, 7 days per week Contractor must provide peer support specialists to respond to calls 3. Peer assistance in recovery and wellness support resources and referral Contractor must provide peer specialists to assist in resource sharing and referral for: o Recovery-oriented services o Health maintenance and medical care o Recovery maintenance o Psychiatric and/or substance abuse treatment o Employment and volunteerism o Housing o Social and leisure opportunities
