Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project involves the following at Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill located in Smyrna, Delaware: removal of the old metal windows which will be done by the abatement contractor (who will be under a separate purchase order); a number of windows will be removed per day on second shift. The general contractor will coordinate with the abatement contractor for temporary security enclosures of the window openings. General contractor will come in the following day and install the windows and trim for the windows that were removed the night before.
