Specifications include, but are not limited to:: This project will encompass the creation of a stand-alone website for the New Castle County Office of Economic Development. The proposed website solution and hosting should provide the effective marketing and message of New Castle County as a business friendly environment: Strong visual content. Consistent voice and messaging. New logo and slogan creation (Optional). Compelling user interface to engage visitors and help them effectively navigate to desired information. Key Audiences–new businesses, site selections firms, existing businesses, entrepreneurs, etc. Contain a variety of content, including text, images, photographs, maps, pdf files, social media integration, video and audio, and RSS feeds. Design and hosting should be user friendly for County staff for the purpose of updating all information as necessary and creating new pages (Content Management System). Website should be functional across all major web browsers and mobile devices.
