Specifications include, but are not limited to: STATE is interested in using federal grant funds to purchase access and visitation services to parents and children. These services are commonly provided at visitation centers and include supervised visitation and supervised exchange of children, particularly in foster care and court-ordered supervised visitations. STATE would like to continue to have these services as accessible as possible. Accordingly, it is interested in proposals that provide a method for delivering services on a statewide basis. Successful offeror will be responsible for ensuring services are provided in accordance with the “Standards for Supervised Parenting Time and Exchange Centers in North Dakota”, attached as Attachment A, or equivalent standard designated by STATE. These Standards contain program service, safety, and security requirements, including domestic violence protocols. Successful offeror will collect and submit mandated quarterly and annual program reports that follow the format of the “Federal Reporting Forms” document, attached as Attachment B, and made part of this RFP to STATE. The quarterly and annual program reports shall be submitted to STATE as follows: Quarterly reports by the 15th of the first month of a new quarter. Annual reports by the 30th of the first month following the end of each Federal Fiscal Year. In addition to these reports, quarterly requests for reimbursement, submitted within timeframes established by STATE, will be required.
