The work to be conducted on existing Hazardous Substance Release Sites in Delaware and newly identified projects under this contract includes the task list below. DNREC intends to award contract(s) to the most qualified vendor(s). A. Remediation and Investigation Management Services: The types of services performed under this contract for any or all of the project specific proposals are as follows: 1. Project Management o Project planning, scheduling, tracking, monitoring, control, implementation, budgeting and cost control in performing work assigned for accomplishing the overall investigation and remediation o Draft permit applications for applicable permits and assisting the Department in obtaining necessary permits that the vendor may need to perform the professional services required o Health and safety monitoring o Develop Quality Assurance Project Plans
