Specifications include, but are not limited to:Building repairs, construction and maintenance services as needed. Awarded contractor shall furnish all labor tools, transportation, equipment materials and supplies as required to complete the service requested. Awarded contractor shall be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal, and must have all applicable licenses, permits and insurance coverage. Services to include the following: • General plumbing repair and/or installation. (Must be licensed by the State of Texas) • General HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) repair and/or installation. (Must be licensed by the State of Texas) • General Electrical (electrical installation and or repair) (Must be licensed by the State of Texas) • Glass Repair (provide routine or emergency glass breakage repair or installation) • Painting (provide interior I exterior wall painting on an as needed basis) • General Carpentry (minor building repair I remodeling) on an as needed basis • Emergency building repairs • Handyman services (assist in assembling / disassembling furniture), hanging bulletin boards, etc. • Install and remove carpetlVCT or other type of flooring.
