The STATE requires a fully developed and proven operational system with a fully functional and integrated web-based system, training of School Food Authorities and the STATE, and is able to provide reporting needs, data extracts and information sharing in a secure environment. This section contains the details of the STATE Student Meal Application Determination System and deliverables that the Contractor must provide.
