Specifications include, but are not limited to: Successful offeror shall: Provide supportive employment services to clients referred by STATE, according to the US Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s toolkits titled, Supportive Employment Evidence-Based Practices, Knowledge Informing Transformation (http://store.samhsa.gov/shin/content/SMA08-4365/EvaluatingYourProgram-SE.pdf); and Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders Evidence-Based Practices, Knowledge Informing Transformation (http://store.samhsa.gov/shin/content/SMA08-4367/BuildingYourProgram-ITC.pdf). Have training in the Supported Employment model and implement the process exactly. All clients in the IDDT program may be actively using and non-usage is not mandatory. If a client is able to receive services and the environment is safe, the client cannot be denied. All staff will need to be trained in Motivational Interviewing in order to work with IDDT clients. Train Employment Specialists at the expense of Vendor as requested by STATE. Identify outcome measures relating to the services provided by Vendor. Vendor shall provide outcome measures reports to STATE as required by STATE.
