Specifications include, but are not limited to:This item will consist of removing (i.e. loading and hauling) and disposing of excess materials, including soil, rock and debris, that is excavated from private utility trenches or on-site to an approved disposal site. Construction Methods: Upon Award of the Contract, the Contractor shall immediately notify Delaware State University’s Contract Administration office in writing of the intended disposal site(s) and the proposed haul routes. DelDOT reserves the right to reject the site(s) and/or the hauling routes. Material hauling will also be governed by the provisions of Subsection 105.12, Load Restrictions, of the Standard Specifications. Upon receiving written approval of the site(s) and hauling routes from DelDOT, the Contractor shall obtain all permits necessary to haul and dispose of the materials and shall submit a copy of same to the District Engineer
